Application instructions: 
1. Make your design and flip (mirror image)
2. Cut from the back of the sheet
3. Weed
4. Heat press (Temperature: 320° F or 160° C - Time: 10-15 seconds)
5. Peel off (Warm or cool)

Washing Instructions: Machine Wash Cold, Use Non-Chlorine Bleach Only, Tumble Dry Medium
